🐟 A few weeks ago, Gus and Bobby shipped out a handful of beta test units to our Steady Scope co-creators.

🐟 In this update, they review the beta-tester feedback and share some innovative improvements they've made to the latest units.

🧀 Based on your beta tester applications, website comments, poll responses, and video comments, we're considering developing TWO new Cavern prototypes...but only ONE can move forward! 

🥩 We need your feedback to tell us which style of Cavern you want!

🧀 We anticipate both Caverns to be capable of dry aging, meat curing, and cheese aging. Both have integrated temperature control, humidification, and dehumidification.
