Opportunities to Serve

Family Christmas Eve Project
On Christmas Eve, those who attend the Family Service receive a take-home faith tool to continue sharing and exploring the Christmas story at home. This year, we’ll add to the nativity block sets that were started last year, but we need your help! Can you help us by decoupaging images to the blocks? Email carrie@fumcgt.org and Carrie or Laura will help you find the perfect way to help with the Family Christmas Eve Project.

Meals on Wheels Peanut Butter and Jelly Drive
Each year, FUMC Georgetown is challenged to donate peanut butter and jelly to Meals on Wheels. This year, the goal is 300 jars each! On November 13 and November 20, please bring your donations and place them in marked bins in the MCMC lobby or the resource center in the main building. Meals on Wheels is dedicated to addressing senior hunger and isolation in our community.
