BAAIT-S is the most established non-profit organization within the Two-Spirit community anywhere in the U.S., and this is a pivotal moment of transition for us: it's the first time we've had an operational budget, in addition to funding for programming!

We're hiring for two positions with substantial compensation: Executive Director and Program Manager. We work out of a virtual office and are open to folks outside of the Bay Area, especially for the Executive Director role.
