Professor Jonathan Choi specializes in tax law, statutory interpretation, and computational analysis of law (applying natural language processing to study legal issues). Dear students,

As part of the faculty's Legal Theory Workshop series, Prof. Jonathan H. Choi from the University of Minnesota School of Law will present his unpublished paper, “Measuring Clarity in Legal Text” at our Legal Theory Workshop which will be taking place virtually on Wednesday, November 9th from 12:30pm-1:50pm.   

Miami Law students are invited to attend. Please remember, though, that it is considered a violation of the Honor Code to record or disseminate any part of the Legal Theory Workshop session.

If you are interested in attending, please reply to Alina Hernandez to RSVP no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 8th. Once your RSVP is received, you will be provided you with the Zoom link and Prof. Choi’s unpublished paper.
