We bid farewell to Fiscal 2022 and celebrate our New Fiscal Year at this year's online Annual General Meeting on Sunday, November 6th at 4:00PM PST. The agenda and links to join are on our website.
If you filled out and submitted a membership registration form after Otherworld, you are a member in good standing and are eligible to vote at the AGM and stand for election to the Board of Directors. You can nominate yourself for election during the AGM, or nominate someone else with their prior consent.
Voting at the AGM will be by a show of hands, or an affirmation in the chat window, or by secret online ballot, as directed by the chair. As in previous years, we will be using Simply Voting software. It's very easy to use! Here's a tutorial video that shows how it works. You will receive your Elector Credentials and ballots when you join the AGM, as absentee ballots are not permitted by our bylaws.
