Message from the Principal
Our incredible P&C is a wonderful place for members from our community to come together, in a more formal role, to support to our school community. Not only does the P&C Association contribute to the funding of exciting ventures, members also have an equally important role in adding to the social fabric of our school community. The key to all of our initiatives, whether it is a fundraising event, providing feedback to the Principal or organising an event that brings parents, students and teachers together, is involvement.

It is important to state you do not need to take on a formal role with the P&C to be actively involved.  There are many different ways to support the P&C and its ventures, so come along to a meeting to see just what is planned, meet some new friends, contribute to the school community and have a lot of fun!

Please also see below for some important updates regarding the 2022 School Disco and the 2022-2023 Pool Membership - on a 32 degree today, what could be better!

Registration On The Night

Please note that there will be a registration table for when you arrive at school. It will be staffed from 4:40pm by volunteer parents (please see the time to sign in for your child's disco below). Your child's name will be ticked off and they will get a stamp. This ensures all discoers are paid up and accounted for. Location of the registration table will be in the courtyard in front of the Altius Centre.

  • Junior Disco (Years 1 - 3) 5:30pm - 6:30pm
(*arrive 5.15 for sign in and food/drink)
We recommend that a parent remains on school grounds for the duration of the event but if your child requires close supervision for medical or other reasons, you must attend and actively supervise. Picnics for parents on the top oval are encouraged.
    • IMPORTANT: Collection information for Junior Disco
      • at 6:30pm please meet your child in front of the Year 5 classrooms (Rooms 14/15) which are located at the northwest corner of the school just opposite the music rooms. They will be exiting the single door located by the stage which marries up to the Year 5 classrooms.
      • please do not wait in the Altius courtyard as this will be in use for sign in for the Senior disco.

  • Senior Disco (Years 4 - 6) 6:30 - 8:00pm
(*arrive 6.15 for sign in and food/drink)

    • IMPORTANT: Collection information for the Senior Disco
      • at 8:00pm please meet your child in front of the Year 5 classrooms (Rooms 14/15) which are located at the northwest corner of the school just opposite the music rooms. They will be exiting the single door located by the stage which marries up to the Year 5 classrooms.
      • Please note that we will have all doors open for clean-up duties at this time too and it gets very difficult to keep track of children due to time of day, etc. so please not only be early to collect your child but have the conversation beforehand as to the importance of meeting up at the time of finish.
In case of an emergency or lost child, we will have contact information provided when purchasing the ticket on hand of course but would like to minimize the need for this all together.

We look forward to seeing you there and for an enjoyable and successful disco!
