Weekly Features

HS Band Trip to Coast Guard Academy

HS Band students visited Leamy Hall, the home of the US Coast Guard Band, on the campus of the Coast Guard Academy. The world-class Coast Guard Band performed an hour-long concert for hundreds of music students from all over CT. After lunch, CHS students attended masterclasses and clinics where they were mentored and coached by members of the Coast Guard Band.

Middle School Soccer

Congrats to our Middle School teams and coaches for a great fall season of volleyball and soccer!

CHS Alum Speaks at Chapel

Thank you to “Chief Craig” a.k.a Craig Boronow, Summer Camp Director Adirondacks at Deerfoot Lodge, for coming and speaking to our students about what godly strength looks like. Chief Craig is also a CHS Alum (Class of 2001) so it was great to welcome him back! Students also played house games like hungry hippos and a fruit by the foot race. Deerfoot is a awesome Christian summer camp for boys associated with CAMP-of-the-WOODS if you are looking for options for your child for summer.
