How do you want to show your Cottonwood pride?
We have heard from many Cottonwood families that you'd like to have some school-branded gear. We agree! But we want to better understand just what you may be interested in before we make or order anything.
This is not an order form, but a survey to help us estimate volume so that we can figure out pricing options. We will share an order form soon.
Volunteer & Visitor Policies, 22.23
Per Oregon’s COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement for Teachers and School Staff, all volunteers will be required to provide proof of vaccination before volunteering at Cottonwood or provide documentation of a medical or religious exception which must be accepted by the executive director.
All volunteers are required to mask when inside the building regardless of vaccination status.
All students & volunteers must wear masks while riding in cars, buses or on public transportation.
Overnight volunteers will be required to COVID test within 24 hours of the trip. They can stop by and be tested in the office, or test at home and share a picture of the results with Amanda. There will be no exceptions. We will not require overnight chaperones to mask indoors due to the logistics of eating and sleeping together. There will therefore be no vaccine exceptions for overnight volunteers.
A volunteer is someone who is working directly with students at the school.
Short term visitors are not required to comply with the rules around masking and vaccination.
BIPOC DINNER WILL BE HELD IN JANUARY
In response to many families being unable to attend the original date this week, the BIPOC dinner has been postponed to January. Our aim is to make this an enjoyable night for our BIPOC families to get together and connect, and with so many families' schedules busy at the moment, we want to give families as much time as possible to plan to attend. In return this will also allow us to make it a more magical night. We'll announce a new date and provide more details soon.

Hi Cottonwood families!
I sincerely loved photographing all of your kids! Please look for email and/or text for your child's photo gallery. If your child did not bring home their slip with them after photo day, its ok. I have all of your contact info. Your photos will arrive Thursday morning around 9 am and will include all information about ordering and deadlines. Please check your spam folders if you do not see the email yesterday. Feel free to email me atjaimebugbeephotography@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding orders.
Within two weeks of your child’s photo day, you will be e-mailed the link to a proofing gallery. There will be 2-5 images of each child. Images will be in both color and black and white. I do not choose which photos you print; you do. You will be able to order prints, canvas wraps, and digital files directly from the viewing gallery. The ordering process is simple and secure. The gallery will be live for seven (7) days. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED IN THAT SEVEN DAY PERIOD. Once orders are placed, prints will be delivered within 4 weeks.

CHANGES ARE COMING TO THE Old Spaghetti Factory PARKING LOT!!!
They are installing gates to the parking lot. As of November 15th (date change), there will be one entrance and one exit with a fee to park.
If anyone chooses to park in the lot that is not a dining guest or holder of a monthly pass, they will be charged an hourly or daily fee. It is our understanding that the hourly fee will be $5.00 and the daily fee will be $30.00.
We are continuing to research where our families are going to be able to park in the future, if you have any leads please share them with us! We have some ideas we will be sharing with you soon.
