Public Health Association of New Zealand members are hereby notified our nominations are open for branches to submit their nominee for an executive councillor role according to our 2022 Election by-law. 

Please Note:
One Pacific and three Māori Caucus seats will also be appointed at the AGM according to their own process.  

NOMINATIONS: 

• The general seat nomination closes 9am, 28 November 2022.
  After which voting will run (if required) from 28 November 2022 to close at 9am on the 5 December 2022. 

• The membership register will close at 5pm on 26 November 2022.

REMITS: 
Remits to be considered at the AGM may also be submitted on the prescribed Remit form by 5pm on the 17 November 2022.
