We know from nature that if we are going to achieve worthwhile goals, we will achieve them together. 

Because you chose to donate to the Biomimicry Institute between May 20th and August 31st, your support counted towards our Delores Barr Weaver Endowment Fund matching grant. We are thrilled to share that, together, we hit our goal! Your donation has been doubled, and the $50,000 we raised during that period has turned into $100,000. 

• Providing more more biological strategies and new media on AskNature.org so that those who design our world (and future problem solvers) have more of nature’s wisdom as model, measure, and mentor

• Updating the Youth Design Challenge curriculum to match evolving educator and student needs, making it easier than ever for them to learn to practice biomimicry and become the next generation of nature-inspired problem solvers

By the end of this year, we will have reached nearly 15,000 middle and high school kids with our programs. More than almost any other demographic, these are the ones feeling the most climate anxiety, but biomimicry helps them feel differently: they feel empowered, capable of being change agents. That's priceless.
