📓 WATCAMP 📓 

Every year HES hosts an event known as WAT Camp — a week-long winter academic training camp meant to help YOU prepare for the upcoming spring semester. We do this through student-lead courses at a retreat center that prepares you up to your first midterm.

Although WAT Camp prioritizes the first and second years, everyone is encouraged in applying. At the end of the day, our priority is to provide you all with the resources necessary to succeed and will try our best to accommodate all interests.

✨ Ford Predoctoral Fellowship Workshops ✨

The Office for Graduate Diversity is hosting a hands-on Fellowship Workshop Series for the Ford Foundation's Predoctoral Fellowship Program. The goal of this series is to guide applicants through the process of applying and empower them to put forth their best application. Workshops are from 4-6 PM in Sproul Hall 309.

• Thursday, October 27th , 2022 - Informational Session and Fellows Panel

• Thursday, November 3th, 2022 - Statement Workshop 1. Mentor/mentee meet-up in person or virtually to review ideas, strategies, or draft statement(s).

• Thursday, November 17th, 2022 - Statement Workshop 2. Mentor/mentee meet-up in person or virtually to review draft statement(s).
