Our '10 Year' Strategy

Our normal newsletter will follow soon with more great new stuff (see foot of page). Meantime, some news about us and where we're headed.

From early 2023 we're following a new strategy. We're being guided by the stars: our long term vision of what matters.

Our sole priority will be to share Lasting Difference concepts, ideas and resources by:

Only working with charities and contracts that relate to our core concepts, ideas and resources.
Leading partnership programmes that use our knowledge and learning to improve sector capacity.
Welcoming more of you onto our in-house programmes and workshops.

November 2023 is then our 10-year anniversary.

A good time for our current business model to end. To take the next steps towards our vision for the future.

It's why we've been working so hard to create a suite of resources that you can use independently, to sustain your organisation, leadership and impact.

It's not the end, but it's an exit strategy of sorts.

Note: Nothing will change for existing clients! We're still committed to all our ongoing contracts. The strategy is about what we're committing to in the future.
