Hello and welcome!

I could start by mentioning the crazy government antics that have taken place this week - but I think I will avoid this subject all together.

I would however like to draw your attention to an interesting report produced by the Railway Industry Association (RIA) which highlights the lack of pipeline transparency for suppliers.  The Rail Network Enhancements Pipeline (RNEP) marks three years since the first and last publication of the Rail Network Enhancements Pipeline, despite the Government committing to publish an annual update.  Well worth a read!

Consultation on the West Midlands Rail Investment Strategy - The West Midlands Rail Investment Strategy is being updated and the West Midlands Rail Executive wants to hear your feedback on the draft document.  The draft strategy sets out their 30-year plan for rail in the region and how we plan to bounce back from Covid, maximise the benefits of HS2 and Midlands Rail Hub, and contribute to net zero. Please click HERE to find out more and to access the survey.
