Friday 25th of Nov: Evening

Saturday 26th of Nov:
- From 9h to 17h30: DOT will be at ibis Styles Lille Centre Gare Beffroi located at 172 Rue Pierre Mauroy, 59000 Lille. Lunch is taken by the district

Sunday 27th of Nov:
- From 9h to 12h: DECM will be at ibis Styles Lille Centre Gare Beffroi located at 172 Rue Pierre Mauroy, 59000 Lille.
- after 12h: free time to visit the Lille city or travel back

Logistic & reimbursement policy:
-Maximum reimbursement of 80€/night, everything higher will be at your charges
-For the reimbursement everything above €250 needs to be pre approved by District Director and Financial Manager
-Train & flight will be reimbursed based on 2nd class travel costs. If you plan to travel first class - take a screenshot of the second class fare to submit with your invoice to Concur.
-Car's travel is reimbursed based on 0.19 €/km (toll fees, parking and other incidental costs are not reimbursed)
-All meals excluded the ones listed taken by the district will be at your charge
