Updated platform for Aurora Customer Portal

Aurora has been busy laying the foundation for improvements to our website, customer portal, and support ticketing system.  The first step for that included migrating to a new technology platform to ensure optimal performance going forward, which was completed this past weekend.

As a result of this migration, existing portal users will need to reset their password to the portal the next time you access it.  To do that, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Aurora Portal login web page at https://auroramultimedia.com/portal/login/
  2. Click "Forgot your password or need to reset it"
  3. Enter your email, then click "Reset my password"
  4. Check your inbox for the confirmation email and click the link in the email
  5. Set a new password, then proceed to login with your new password
The portal will currently function as it did in the past, however with this new platform in place, it will open the door to future improvements.  Keep an eye out for updates in the coming weeks as we work to enhance the user experience of the website and portal.
