2021 Rural Initiative Community Lender Awards

Dakota BUSINESS Finance is a local CDC that continually reinvests in the communities it works with. Through its Rural Initiative Community Lender awards, Dakota BUSINESS Finance is able to give back to the communities it did SBA 504 loans in. Prizes are awarded based on the number of SBA 504 loans approved with Dakota BUSINESS Finance in the federal fiscal year per community. Communities of less than 50,000 are eligible to participate.
