The Awana team greatly appreciates the volunteers who have been setting up chairs over the past two months!!! We still need to fill in dates in late November and December. If you would like to volunteer a group to set up chairs, please contact Courtney Klima at 575-556-4393. We recommend groups of at least 4 people who can lift chairs with at least one person who is comfortable pushing the dolly with the stacks of chairs.

We, the people of the First Evangelical Free Church are commemorating a milestone. We’re calling it 52 Forward. We’re celebrating what God has done among us in the 52 years that our church has been here, and the installation of Pastor Jeremiah Krieger as our lead pastor. Commencements are a big deal! Scripture is full of celebrations. Every time God did a great work, His people celebrated, whether it was the Passover, setting up stones of remembrance, all the feasts, or even communion that we celebrate every month which looks forward to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb with our Savior in heaven.
As we celebrate how God has led our congregation over the past 52 years, our desire is to look forward to what God is going to do among us in the future.
On Saturday, November 19 at 10 a.m., there will be a story tour of our Dripping Springs property followed by a catered celebration banquet at the church that evening starting at 5:30 pm.
On Sunday, November 20, we will have a special Sunday morning installation service for Pastor Jeremiah Krieger.
To help us plan for these events, the 52 Forward team is asking all of you to make reservations with the church office for the Saturday evening banquet as soon as possible! We need to know the number of people attending. Ages 12 and older will be at the banquet, while those 11 and under will celebrate in a separate area with supervision and entertainment.
Please pray that God would be glorified at the 52 Forward celebration weekend and that we as a congregation would be edified and excited as we look forward what God has for us in the future.
