Afro-Interamerican Forum on Climate Change

The Environmental Solutions Initiative celebrated the first year of the Afro-Interamerican Forum on Climate Change (AIFCC) at the Colombian Embassy in Washington, DC, this October 12 with leaders from across the Americas.
Originally launched at COP26 last year in Glasgow, the AIFCC seeks to elevate the voices and contributions of Afro-descendant communities in climate mitigation and adaptation.

ESI is seeking a graduate student with a background in climate science for a position as a Climate Science Researcher/Writer, to help update the MIT Climate Primer with citations and the latest climate research. Work includes reviewing climate science literature, identifying and updating references, and suggesting revisions.
