Thanks to your generosity, Auburn Adventist Academy is halfway to its matching goal to raise $25,000 to help Ukrainian Refugee Student Assistance!
 
This week, Ukrainian students, surrounded by the blue and yellow flag of their home country, shared fun facts about themselves, about Ukraine, and about growing up there during Auburn's monthly Project Unity chapel.

They talked a little about the war and its impact on their lives, but they mostly wanted to share the beauty that is Ukraine, their faith in and love for God, and how blessed they feel to be here. They even worked with Chef Zuzana to prepare Ukrainian dishes for everyone at lunch.

 Daniel, a Ukrainian refugee student, ended the Chapel on this note: “While we miss our home in Ukraine, Heaven is our true home; Jesus is our true home.”
