Sweater Weather is Officially Here!
As Fall changes into Winter the leaves are falling and it's becoming so that we're not always sure how to dress for each new day. Will it be a bit warm or a bit cool in the morning? It's best to dress in layers - start to break out those winter sweaters and jackets! It's also a great time to give your cozy blankets a wash and spruce up and get flannels sheets put onto your bed.
Also, be sure to trim your outdoor plants one more time, planting any trees that you haven't yet and cut your grass before the frost really begins to set in. This may also require cleanup of all tractors, mowers, tools, and tools in time for the winter months ahead.

Veteran's Day is November 11th
Can you donate to our cause?
Veterans Day, a celebration that honors all military veterans - home and abroad, is coming up on November 11, 2022. This is a national holiday of the United States of America with many celebrations from parades, free meals and other deals available. Veterans Outreach Ministries also has many outreach events throughout the year, from a Veterans Thank You Brunch in June/July, to life studies with Veterans shelters, Veterans roundtable discussions and support of all Veterans holidays.

Delaware Masonic Lodge Charitable Foundation
For the third year in a row we have received a donation from the Delaware Masonic Lodge Charitable Foundation for the support and help for all veterans in Delaware that we outreach too. Thank you for your donation!

We wrapped up a Career Fair on October 13, 2022 at Oasis Church with a dozen presenters and businesses present. It was a very successful outreach event for VOM. Veterans Outreach Ministries aims to become a resource for businesses are looking for future employees.
