An Advent Taizé service will be celebrated on Friday, 12/9 at 6:30 pm.    A Taizé worship service involves sung and chanted prayers, meditation, a period of silence, liturgical readings, and icons. There is no preaching. The style of prayer practiced at Taizé has attracted many worshipers from around the globe and from many different denominations. The prayers consist of “short chants, repeated again and again,” according to an introduction in a Taizé songbook. “The words are sung over many times.”

John’s Letters Bible Study

When we strip away what is superficial, cultural or traditional, what is the essence of genuine Christianity? What qualities and beliefs must be present in a living and life-changing faith? John's letters focus on the three most important aspects of the Christian life. With power and simplicity, he helps us focus out attention on what really matters- both now and for eternity. This revised LifeGuide Bible Study features additional questions for starting group discussions and for meeting God in personal reflection, together with expanded leader's notes and an extra "Now or Later" section in each study.

This study meets on Thursdays at 6 pm in-person and via Zoom.

Please Pray Daily For:

-Fr. Neal, his family, and his leadership of the parish.
-That we may boldly and wisely proclaim the Gospel to reach those who don't know Christ and welcome them here to worship with us.
-That the members of the parish may come to know Christ more deeply, live lives empowered by the Holy Spirit, and join us in worship.
