Burwood Liquor Accord Terms
Agree to a Patron Code of Conduct
Agree to a Standard Barring Policy
Implement the events requirements set down by the accord and NSW Police for major events
Develop and implement an inter-venue communications protocol
Not allow clothing or accessories of outlaw motorcycle related organisations to be worn on premises at any time
Promote and display the wearing of colours is not permitted in this venue poster
Promote and display the 50 metre failure to quit poster
Adhere to crime scene preservation requirements as outlined by the NSW Police
Develop and implement a secondary supply campaign
Ensure that staff are informed of the accord terms as part of their duties
Ensure the Burwood Liquor Accord will meet four times a year
Burwood Liquor Accord members who trade after midnight will:
Not sell shots or any drink designed for rapid consumption, containing over 30ml spirits or liqueur,
after midnight
Not sell doubles (double of spirits), after midnight
By completing this form, the signatory (the licensee) agrees to uphold the above terms, in
addition to any license conditions already in place.
