Meet a Team Member: Randy Braden

We're only as good as our team, and they're pretty awesome. Whenever we bring on a new team member, we like to introduce them (see all of our past team member introductions here). This month, we’d like to introduce you to our newest helpdesk consultant, Randy Braden.

Password Fatigue is Real

Are you a victim of password fatigue? Password fatigue is a condition that occurs when trying to create, remember and use different complex passwords for each of your online accounts. This malady places undue stress not just on individual users but on organizations and security professionals striving to protect critical data and other assets.

Widespread adoption of software as a service (SaaS) has brought powerful applications to small and midsize businesses at a reasonable cost. Microsoft PowerToys – What Do They Do?

Reminder About Office 365 Price Increases

Late last year and then again earlier this year (and we’ve mentioned several times in this newsletter), Microsoft announced several price increases to their monthly Microsoft Office 365 licenses as part of their New Commerce Experience (NCE) changes as well as just standard price increases. One of the increases kicked in in March for certain licenses and the rest of the increases are kicking in over the next couple months (and non-profit licenses were increased last month). Long story short, expect to pay roughly 10-20% more per month for Office 365 licenses.
