Church Newsletter

Hi <<First Name>>,

Mandarin Service

This Sunday at 10 a.m.

This Sunday we will join once again to Worship our Lord together. We will have the Lord's Supper.

Pastor Jack will continue a short series of sermons on the book of Titus. In today’s passage, the Word of God speaks about very practical areas of family life, and the importance of a firm foundation in our life. So many people in this world live unhealthy, messy, unhappy lives, because their foundations are weak and wonky. May God help us to have a solid foundation for our life.

If you are not able to attend, we will livestream our 10:00am service on YouTube. Click on the button below to access our YouTube channel.

Cantonese Service

This Sunday at the Cantonese service, Pastor Daniel Chong will share with us about "How Far Can We Go?" Pastor Chong is currently the Head of the Worship Department in the Evangelical Church of China in Hong Kong. He has been working in the field of music education and creation for many years. Pastor Chong just gave our worship team music training in mid-October. Let us pray that the Lord will use his message to renew our concept of worship. May God encourage us and may the word of God be the lamp for our feet and the light unto our path.

This week’s Bible Reading: Psalms 100:1-5

OWL Sunday School

Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people.”
Ephesians 6:7

Greetings OWL families,

Hope you all had enjoyed a sunny warm week! This Sunday, pre-schoolers and primary children will learn the lesson of how Aaron and Hur held up Moses’s hands, so the Israelites can win the battle against Amalekites (Exodus 17:8-16). Be the helper God wants you to be.  Appreciate the people who help quietly without getting credit. The preteens will have the lesson of ‘Accepted’ week 3: Accept yourself, since it is impossible to accept others until you accept yourself.

Hope to see you all on Sunday.

Blessings for a safe and joyful week.
