This year, students at all grade levels will have the opportunity to participate in two national competitions: Continental Math League and the WordMasters Challenge.
Continental Math League is a problem solving competition consisting of six questions that will test their mathematical understanding, flexibility, and computation. There are 3-5 tests "meets" each year. Further information can be found following the sign-up link HERE.
The WordMasters Challenge encourages students to think both analytically and metaphorically about words as they complete analogies involving 25 new vocabulary words. There are three "meets" each year. Further information for this contest can be found following the sign-up link HERE.
Both competitions will be conducted at school, but the bulk of the preparation needs to be completed independently. Resources to help in student preparation can be found on the Enrichment Schoology page.
