Westwood Village Specific Plan Amendment Ordinance

After years of work, the Los Angeles City Council approved the Westwood Village Specific Plan Amendment Ordinance on Friday, October 7, 2022. With the passing of the Specific Plan Amendment Ordinance, we have significantly reduced barriers to entry for new businesses.

Earlier this week, the Mayor of Los Angeles signed the WVSP amended ordinance! There will be a 30-day publication period, and the changes will be in place. The ordinance's effective date is December 1, 2022.
