1. Thousands Join Ohio March for Life to Celebrate Supreme Court Overturning Roe v. Wade
(LifeNews) - Thousands of pro-life Ohio residents gathered to support unborn babies’ right to life Wednesday at their state capital for the first ever Ohio March for Life. Photos and videos from the event show thousands of pro-lifers on the lawn outside the Ohio Statehouse, holding signs that read “Life wins,” “Remember the unborn” “Equal rights begin in the womb” and “Pray to end abortion” before they marched through the streets of Columbus to remind their state about the value of every human life. “The Buckeye state IS pro-life undeniably!” Ohio Right to Life communications director Lizzie Whitmarsh tweeted from the event. “This is how you build a culture of life!” Ohio Right to Life added. The march took place after the 100th day since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and allowed states to begin protecting unborn babies from abortion again. MORE

2. Statement of U.S. Bishops’ Pro Life Chairman on Church’s Teaching in Light of President's Commitment to Codify a National Right to Abortion
(USCCB) - Last week, President Biden stated that his top legislative priority after the midterm elections will be codifying a national right to abortion. Archbishop William E. Lori of Baltimore, chairman of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Committee on Pro-Life Activities, issued the following response emphasizing the teaching of the Catholic Church on upholding the dignity of human life: “The President is gravely wrong to continue to seek every possible avenue to facilitate abortion, instead of using his power to increase support and care to mothers in challenging situations. This single-minded extremism must end, and we implore President Biden to recognize the humanity in preborn children and the genuine life-giving care needed by women in this country.” MORE

3. ‘The Wall Is Beginning to Crumble’: Europe Is Dismantling the Left’s Trans Facade, Says Pediatrician
(WashingtonStand) - As news broke that the United Kingdom’s National Health Service (NHS) will increase restrictions on the use of puberty blockers for minors experiencing gender dysphoria, a leading pediatrician observed that multiple European countries and the American public have moved away from the Left’s insistence on giving gender-confused children puberty blocking drugs and undergoing irreversible surgeries to remove healthy organs. In a recent announcement, the NHS stated that most children who express confusion about their gender may be going through a “transient phase,” while also placing restrictions on dispensing puberty blocking drugs and requiring medical doctors to lead transgender treatment rather than therapists. Dr. Quentin Van Meter, president of the American College of Pediatricians, joined “Washington Watch” on Tuesday to discuss the NHS’s move and American’s views on minors undergoing irreversible transgender procedures. 4. FBI arrests another pro-life activist at home in front of family with guns drawn
(LiveAction) - As scores of pro-life activists have been arrested by the Biden administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ), one of the families affected is speaking out. Paul Vaughn was arrested at his family’s Tennessee farmhouse by FBI agents with assault weapons drawn, terrifying his wife and children. Townhall reporter Mia Cathell obtained exclusive video from the Vaughn family, which showed FBI agents ignoring his wife’s pleas after her husband was arrested. The raid on their home took place at 7:20 am. Vaughn, the president of Personhood Tennessee, had not previously been arrested on any charge, according to a press release. In March of 2021, a group of pro-life activists entered the Carafem abortion facility in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. In an interview with WZTV at the time, Vaughn made it clear there was never any threat to the staff working at the facility, or to the women who may have been present. MORE

“I Can’t Believe You Said That!”  How To Respond When Words Hurt

(CatholicCounselors) - Sharp words can cut deep. Sometimes when others say hurtful things to us, we can feel so hurt or be so caught off guard in the moment that we don’t know how to respond. Why are words so powerful and how do we respond effectively in these difficult moments?

The Theology of The Body reminds us of the power of words by pointing us back to Genesis and how God created the world. Specifically, God spoke the world into being. Words have creative power, and God shares that power with us in the hopes that we will use it to build each other up and be co-creators with him as we work to cooperate with his grace and encourage each other to be the whole, healed, godly, grace-filled people we were created to be. But we can also use those words to destroy each other and we often do. MORE

What can you do to build the culture of life? PRAY AND VOTE YOUR VALUES!

Michigan’s Prop 3 Goes Much Further Than Legalizing Abortion—It Targets Children and Families
(DC) - Michigan’s pro-abortion measure, Proposal 3, is radical. It does much more than codify abortion. It is a targeted attack on children and families by creating rights for minors to not only get abortions without parental consent or notification but also for minors to seek and receive gender reassignment surgeries without parental involvement. As reported by the Daily Citizen, life is on the ballot in five states this November, including California, Kentucky, Montana, Vermont and Michigan. In Montana and Kentucky, the vote is a vote to protect preborn human life in the womb. In California, Vermont and Michigan, it’s a vote to establish a pro-abortion constitutional amendment. MORE
