One of the biggest insights realized from the lasting effects from the pandemic is just how important small businesses are to the backbone of a community.

Many small business’ owners invest in the community by owning and or leasing within the community, offering services close to neighborhoods which create less traffic and pollution, and supports local charities, sports teams, schools etc. Small businesses also offer jobs to the community, hire local services like cleaning companies, etc. that help the local economy and community to thrive. So, the disruption, and in some instances, demise to “service based” small businesses was very destructive to the local economy.

It’s time to order your
2023 Spring Concert Series costumes!

It may be hard to believe, but it is now time to sign up for the May 6, 2023 Spring Concert Series! 

This is an important part of one’s dance training where students learn to build their confidence and feel comfortable in front of an audience. Students learn to work as a team on stage, celebrate and showcase their accomplishments in class! Not only is it a celebration of dance, but is a celebration of confidence, self-worth, and teamwork!

 

Start Your Competing Journey at FOCUS!

Hi Future FOCUS Fam!

Here's an opportunity for your young dancer (4-6) to start their competing journey here at FOCUS!

Competition Starter Program (CSP) will allow your littles to dip their toes into
the competition world, giving them a chance to compete, perform and train
under our wonderful faculty team!

Here are a few things to know once they are assessed and accepted into
FOCUS’s Competition Starter Program (CSP).

Their Weekly Class Schedule will include ALL the below:

Monday 5:30 - 6:30 PM
CSP Ballet with Miss Terre

Tuesday 4:30 - 5:30 PM
CSP Stretch, Strength, and Technique with Miss Kimberly

Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30 PM
CSP Combo + Performance with Mr. Robert

Wednesday 3:30 - 4:30 PM
CSP Hip Hop + Choreography with Mr. Chris and Miss Maria

Afterwards, we then will launch the above weekly classes
starting the week of September 19th

*The CSP students will go to two competitions, one in May and one in July,
where they will get to compete and be with our FOCUS Company Dancers!
They will also perform in two FOCUS Concert Series, one in May and one in July.

We hope you consider joining our new CSP Season as we look forward to seeing how your child grows in their love of dance and performing!
