- 6 nights per person from December 3rd - 9th.
- Daily yoga in a beautiful open air studio with all the mats and props we need.
- All meals, (pre-yoga fruit, coffee, tea, a bountiful post-yoga breakfast and homemade locally sourced dinner feast)
- Afternoon and evening special classes or some planned activities. There will be plenty of free time as well to relax or explore.

- Fly into either Liberia ( LIR) Costa Rica or Managua (MGA) Nicaragua. Verdad is about a 2.5 hour drive from both airports.
- Airport shuttle will be arranged for you from either airport, unless you want to rent your own car. Shuttle is $110 round trip per person with a 3 person minimum.
- Taxis can be easily arranged to go into San Juan del Sur, the closest major town 20-25 minute drive from Verdad.
- There a great local beach bar on the beach, Playa Escameca, that serves fresh smoothies, cold beer, cocktails and lunch.
- Rentals are available for surf, SUP and boogie boards.
- Private surf lessons are available.
- Fishing excursions can be arranged.
- There are tours to canopy zip line adventures, horseback riding, scuba spots and more.
