This Sunday, November 6, we will celebrate all the saints of our church family who have passed away in the last year. We hope you can be present for this special Sunday morning communion service.

Sunday, November 20 immediately after worship, we will celebrate our annual Thanksgiving covered dish meal. The church will furnish the turkey & dressing, rolls, and tea. Everyone please bring at least two of your favorite covered dishes and join in as we give thanks together at the table.
During the month of November, we are collecting non-perishable food for the Blessing Box. Please bring your donations to the collection boxes in the Fellowship Hall, Narthex, and the church office.
If you would like to donate to UMCOR’s emergency response efforts for the recent hurricane damage, please make your checks payable to PG United Methodist and designate it for UMCOR. 100 percent of Advance gifts made will go to support relief and development efforts due to emergencies. Beginning Monday, January 23, from 7 to 8 p.m, all are invited to a new study. The book (Me and My Big Mouth by Joyce Meyer) is available on Kindle, etc. for about $7.99; soft cover is about $10.99 - $15 (depending on where it is purchased). With God’s help we can learn to master our mouth. Let Susie Travis know if you are interested (205-540-1571) The book is helpful but not absolutely needed. But you will need your Bible.
