- PaintJet, a Nashville-based robotics and material sciences company and MetaProp portfolio company, is automating large scale commercial and industrial painting, raised $3.5 million in seed funding. Dynamo Ventures led the round and was joined by investors including MetaProp, Pathbreaker Ventures, and Builders VC.
- Dandelion Energy, a Mount Kisco, N.Y.-based residential geothermal company, raised $70 million in Series B1 funding. LENX and NGP ETP co-led the round and were joined by investors including Breakthrough Energy Ventures, NEA, GV, Collaborative Fund, and Building Ventures.
- Khosla Ventures has led a $12.5M round into Y Combinator alum Atmos, which operates a marketplace connecting home buyers to builders and developers.
- Audette, a PropTech company creating actionable data-driven decarbonization plans for commercial real-estate portfolios, has raised US$9.5 million in funding from a group of leading CleanTech investors.
- Runwise, a US-based building technology firm, raises $19 million to improve buildings energy efficiency.

- MassMutual Ventures launches $100 million Climate Technology Fund. The MMV Climate Tech Fund (CTF) will make investments in 15 to 20 technology companies that address the sources of climate change and provide solutions for managing its impact on individuals, businesses, and communities.
- JPMorgan wants to acquire $1B in Single-Family Rentals. The asset manager is teaming up with Haven Realty Capital on the joint venture, which will deploy $415 million in equity.
