What's happening in and around PROOF...
Friday, Nov. 18th, 2022 - 6 days before Thanksgiving so it's time to get your game on and execute the plan. The food is important YET what's pivotal for that day is the whiskey, wine and/or beer you need to get you through it. Come on!!... we all have that moment (or two) at the table where you just can't handle "Uncle Bob" talking anymore about his stamp collection. Let PROOF help numb the moment with a nice cold beer, glass of wine or back room shot of whiskey. We are open now until next Wednesday evening at 9:00pm (final hours before Thanksgiving) to get what you need.
Saturday Nov. 19th & 20th - Brickbottom's 35th annual open studios event is back! Come experience and discover one of the country’s first and largest artist developed - live-work complexes. A block away is Joy Street Studios, a former printmaking factory converted to more than 65 artist work studios.

A space for plant enthusiasts to support almost 40 local artists and small businesses and chat with others who share the same passion.

Banded Brewing Co - Jolly Woodsman - A delicious coffee stout with speckled AX Kenyan espresso. It's a stout time of year and this one won't disappoint you as it's got that nice balance of coffee flavor with a crisp malty finish.
Lord Hobo - Pickle Beer - Yup, you read this correctly! It's a thing and very well received by those pickle loving folks out there. Hey, don't knock it till you try it... and if you don't hurry they will be gone!
Night Shift Brewing - Dunkel John's Band - As expected with a nice Munich-style Dunkel, it has notes of bread crust and pilsner with a nice slight hop and clean finish. This weather is perfect for this style beer and would be a great compliment to your Thanksgiving dinner.

We've picked out plenty of options and placed them out on our center table for you to choose from. If you need help with other wine choices or want some beer or liquor for the holiday, just ask and we will gladly help.

Spirits of the week

This brings a full, round mouthfeel and flashes of buttery sweetness to an otherwise spicy and tightly focused Rye Whiskey.
