Dear Faith Family,

I hope you and your family had a fantastic Thanksgiving!  I know today is officially Black Friday, and some of you may be in the midst of shopping.  There are others who may still be snacking on leftover turkey or that last slice of pumpkin pie.  Whatever the case, it is always good to give thanks as we enter the Advent season.

I hope you will plan to join us as we begin a brand new sermon series this week called, The Wonder of Christmas. There is so much about this season that I look forward to, and worshipping together is certainly one of those!

As we prepare for the Advent Season, here are a few dates that might be helpful to keep in mind.

  • Sunday, November 27 - Advent Starts
  • Tuesday, November 29 - Giving Tuesday
  • Sunday, December 4 - Main Street Bethlehem - Senior Adults - Burnett, TX
  • Saturday, December 10 - Ladies Holiday Brunch
  • Sunday, December 11 - Family Christmas Caroling - 5 PM
  • Sunday, December 11 - Last night of Life Groups for the Fall semester
  • Friday, December 23 - Office Closed
  • Saturday, December 24 - Christmas Eve Service - 6 PM
  • Sunday, December 25 - No Sunday School - Worship ONLY @ 10:45 AM
  • Monday, December 26 - Office Closed
  • Sunday, January 1 - No Sunday School - Worship ONLY @ 10:45 AM

A huge thank you to Vicki Hobbs and our team of decorators, who have transformed our worship center for the holiday season.  It is a beautiful expression of worship and blessing to all of us!

We can’t wait to see you on Sunday!

IMPACT WEEKEND - January 13-15

It’s that time again for one of our students’ favorite events, IMPACT Weekend. This year’s theme is TOGETHER. In our culture today, there is more division than there is unity. In all the division, the Gospel speak a profound truth: In Christ, we are united. We are together. We want to teach the students to embrace a Christ-Centered Community. We will be partnering with a few other churches in the area to encourage unity and togetherness in Christ. Those churches are Brazos Meadows BC, FBC China Springs, and Columbus Avenue BC.
