As in previous years, Cruise to the Edge will experience high demand for suites. Therefore, we will not be taking reservations initially for any of our Suites with Gold VIP. However, we will have an allotment to offer in the next few weeks and we will offer them based on the timestamp on your reservation.
If you are interested in upgrading to one of these suites, you may request to do so, however, YOU MUST FIRST RESERVE AN AVAILABLE STATEROOM CATEGORY. During the reservation process, you will see a “Guest Comments” page. Under the section that reads, “If a suite becomes available, please contact me.” Simply select “Yes” in order to be considered for an upgrade. Again, this will be offered based on the timestamp of your initial reservation.
When we begin to release the available suites, you will be contacted via email and given the opportunity to either accept or decline the suite option. If a deadline is given, it is important that you respond within the time frame requested. Once the allotted time has passed, we will move to the next passenger and your suite opportunity may no longer be available. Again, offers will begin within the next few weeks so make sure to keep an eye on your inbox if you are hoping to upgrade.
Be Advised: If your hope is to have a Gold VIP Suite, it is important that when booking, you choose a cabin category you will be comfortable sailing in since a suite upgrade is NEVER a guarantee. Suites are extremely limited and if you are not offered a suite due to your timestamp, our No Cancellation and No Refund Policy still applies.

We have found that when there have been glitches in the reservation process, it is almost always due to booking via cell phone or tablet. For this reason, we HIGHLY SUGGEST making your reservation from a desktop/laptop computer.
