As an extension of the Norms and Values of the NGP Community, we present our next event in the Mentoring Lenses Series: Mentoring Through the Lens of Critical Race Theory, brought to you by Drs. Tonya Kneff-Chang and Amber Willis.  What is Critical Race Theory and how can it open opportunities in mentoring? What does a critical race frame allow us to do differently?  This virtual workshop will be held by Zoom on Dec 1, 3-4:30pm.  Please register here by Nov 28 to indicate your interest or desire to obtain a video recording if you have a conflict.  Also, please feel free to forward this email and the attached flyer to your whole lab.
