A few who indicated Social Activities as an area of interest on their registration form have been contacted and will be meeting soon to start the planning process. If not contacted and interested in assisting the committee please contact Jim.
Remembrance Day Services
Thanks to three of our members – Randy White (Parksville Legion), Deborah MacKenzie and her father (Qualicum Beach Legion) and Rodney Arnold (Bowser Legion), PGOSA was represented and Remembrance Wreaths were laid at the community services on Nov. 11th – Remembrance Day.
Hopefully all of you took some time on the holiday to be grateful and thankful for the service of Canadian soldiers during the wars or conflicts of the last century. We live in a wonderful country, thanks to the armed forces who fought for our freedom! Don’t ever forget the sacrifices so many made so we can enjoy every day in paradise!
