The International Village BIA's Shop The Village holiday event is back this year on December 3rd. Enjoy holiday music and festive cheer while you find the perfect gift for everyone on your list. (Yes, even THAT person who has everything).
Here's what's happening in the International Village BIA on December 3rd:
- White Meadow Farm's festive Taffy on Snow station will be at Ferguson Station (11AM-3PM);
- Get your holiday photo with Santa and his elf Phineus at Ferguson Station (11AM-3PM);
- The Grinch will be in the area (11AM-2PM);
- The Baker Street Victorian Carollers will be singing your favourite holiday classics throughout the area (12-3PM);
- The Dixie Dawgs will be playing music throughout the area (11AM-2PM);
- Everyone's favourite International Village BIA tote bags and coupon sheets will be available at select businesses (limited quantity)

Grinch Apperances in #TheVillage

Almost every Saturday this holiday season, the Grinch will be in the International Village BIA from 11AM-2PM. Here's when you can catch a glimpse of the Grinch in The Village:
- November — 19th, 26th
- December — 3rd, 10th, 17th

Jingle All The Way To #TheVillage Contest

We need all businesses in the BIA to share this with your networks to make this a success and drive business to the area!
Celebrate the holiday season with the International Village BIA's Jingle All The Way To The Village Contest. From November 15th to December 31st enter for a chance to win a $500 gift card prize pack filled with gift certificates from many of your favourite local businesses.
Here's how you can enter our Jingle All The Way To The Village Contest:
1. Make a purchase of $10 or more (before tax) at any business in the International Village BIA (West Avenue to Mary Street on Main Street East, King Street East, and King William Street) and send a photo of your receipt to thevillagecontests@gmail.com including your name, phone number, and postal code.
OR
2. Tell us why you love #TheVillage? (Minimum 50 words, limit one entry per week). Send your written submission to thevillagecontests@gmail.com including your name, phone number, and postal code.

The BIA will be purchasing a $25 gift certificate from 20 businesses. The 20 businesses will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis starting now. Please email Brendan (wettonbrendan@gmail.com) right away if you would like to participate.

Holiday Free Parking in The Village

From November 24th to December 24th enjoy two-hour free parking at all times at on-street parking meters in the International Village BIA in partnership with the City of Hamilton.
