As I introduced in the last newsletter, I now have many Shop Samples for sale in the store . They are also online but it's best if you call me to order any you want, (810) 694-3040. All the Samples are listed at https://www.homesteadneedlearts.com/on-sale/, and you'll need to scroll down to see them. You can also search Sample Sale in the search box. Note that some items are unfinished - all stitching is completed - and those are marked as "needs finishing." These Samples will be selling through late December but hurry for best selection. This is a GREAT way to do your holiday shopping! Questions about sizes? Just call me.
Need to stitch a quick gift that you can finish yourself? I have "buttons" from Patty Paints which include the canvas and button with instructions for finishing them:

I also have the NEW Pippin Darn Quick (PDQ) kits from Pippin. These kits include the hand painted canvas, threads (perle cotton) and a mini frame so you can finish it yourself.

If you have a beginner needlepointer you're encouraging, may I suggest the new book from Janet Perry, Right From the Beginning? I can provide you with a piece of canvas, needles, stretcher bars and three perle cotton colors to get those fingers stitching for about $35 - which includes the book!
 What about an embroidery kit for those young adults interested in learning? Squirrel, Sheep, Elephant and Thistle are all kits that teach various stitches and everything is included - the instructions, stamped fabric, hoop, floss and needles.
Of course, I also carry Gift Certificates in any amount and it's a great time to start dropping hints to those that want to give you a gift you'll really appreciate. Have them call me and I can mail it out that day or the next.

This is a very popular show and there are lots of stitched samples in the shop so you can see how the stars with gussets, 3D pumpkins, totes, needle cases, scissor cases and various ornaments look when finished. This Trunk Show ends after Thanksgiving so DON'T DELAY! Thanksgiving Hour Reminders
I'm open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10-4 on November 22 and 23, closed Thursday and Friday and open for shortened hours on Small Business Saturday, November 26 from 10-4.
