Last week, BMA toured the North Sky trail corridor with City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks staff. Everyone is stoked to start building Boulder's newest trail!

OSMP E-BIKE EVALUATION UPDATE
|

At the November 9 Open Space Board of Trustees (OSBT) meeting, City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks staff recommended including Class 1 and Class 2 e-biking as a passive recreational activity permissible on open space and allowed only on certain designated trails. Staff recommended e-bike use outlined in “Alternative B,” the Boulder Canyon trail and trails east of Broadway.
Next steps:
- Wednesday, Dec. 14, 6 p.m. - OSBT will take public comments
- Wednesday, Jan. 11, 6 p.m. - OSBT will provide Boulder City Council with a recommendation.
- Later this winter (TBD) - City Council is expected to consider this matter.
