EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join us for an open conversation on how cultural upbringing and identity can impact individuals and their career journey. We welcome everyone to participate in the conversation by sharing their own personal experience and at the same time be open to understanding the perspectives of others. We will discuss the concept of "staying in your lane" and how it can negatively impact our ability to bring our authentic selves forward.
We hope this session will help us come together in community, and bring new perspective and awareness to how we can be more inclusive of others.
