The Governance and Nominating Committee of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce has identified a vacancy for a position on the Board of Directors in 2023 in the large business category (100+ employees). A nomination call went out to members on October 2, 2022. Nominations closed on November 5, 2022, and the nominees below have been fully vetted and approved for eligibility.
The Edmonton Chamber of Commerce is now issuing a call for election to have one person fill the identified vacancy:
Candidates for election in large business category: Anna Borissova, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Pure Canadian Gaming Izabella Roth, Chief Executive Officer, Infinity Healthcare LTD Randy Allaire, Chief Risk Officer, Servus Credit Union
Eligibility for Voting
Must be a member in good standing of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce.
Only the designated representative of each member company is eligible to vote.
Each member can only vote for one individual in each category.
In accordance with the Bylaws of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, members will have 10 business days to cast their votes. Elections will close at noon on Friday, December 2nd, 2022. Results of this election will be published on the website of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce by no later than December 18, 2022. If you are unable to complete this ballot online, please email sweis@edmontonchamber.com for a printable ballot. Please note that all print ballots must be received in the offices of the Edmonton Chamber by no later than noon on Friday, December 2, 2022.
