Planning Ahead: 9 Ways To Drive Teen Turnout at Your Library—and 4 Ways To  Lose their Attention | School Library Journal
BuLit (Building Literacy) programming for Teens
Mon, Tues, Wed, & Fri from 3-5 PM. Any youth in grades 6-12 can come and play. 
Thursdays are for the LGBTQ+ Gay Straight Club from 3-5 PM
We do need parental permission for the field trips. Pick-up a form at the Library or email director@grotonpubliclibrary.org.

Big Library Read is a free world wide book club for anyone to participate in.

Womens Menstrual Products

The Library has free menstrual products available for patrons.

We only ask that patrons only take what they need so as many people get benefit as possible. Should anyone need or want more, please reach out to Sara Knobel at director@grotonpubliclibrary.org.



Hoopla BingePass for December

Kids can watch many educational videos for a single borrow with this months BingePass.
 
The Library now has an interactive, virtual tour on our website.
Just click on the image shown below on the sites main page to open the tour.
Those viewing the mobile website can access the tour by finding the same image below the recent posts; just scroll down until it shows up and tap it.



Out-of-System ILL Available

FLLS has brought back Out-of-System Interlibrary Loan.

Out-of-System ILL can be used to have items from other libraries outside of the Finger Lakes Library System placed on hold and delivered.

Telehealth Kit Available

The Library has gotten a telehealth kit that can be checked out for a week.

The kit is a bag that has a laptop w/ camera and charger, a mouse, a headset, a mobile hotspot, and a set of information and survey papers.


Ask at the front desk to check out the kit.
 

Princh Remote Printing 

Princh can be used to remotely send files to the library so print-jobs can be ready for pick-up in these times of limited access.

The above instructions can be used as a guide to follow.
Print-jobs are $0.20 per black/white side and $1.00 per color side.
The library can only accept cash if "pay at desk" is selected.
Printer ID: 103471.

Once a print is sent, please give the library a call ((607)898-5055) to confirm that the file has sent and to let the clerk know to expect a pick-up.
