SignUp Genius Notification Glitch

Dear Instrumental Music Families,

The LHS Instrumental Music Boosters use SignUp Genius to recruit and organize volunteers for many of our events. It has come to our attention that many families have stopped receiving notifications for sign ups due to a glitch with SignUp Genius.  If you have not recently received our invitations through SignUp Genius for the ORMS Fine Arts Day or the Fall Craft Fair, you may want to check to see if your account has been disabled.

In order to do this, log in to your SignUp Genius account. At this point, you might receive an error message that says your account was disabled and a note that when an email comes back undeliverable it disables the account.  If you see this message, you will need to verify your email and SignUp Genius will reinstate your account. 

If you do not have a SignUp Genius account and you typically interact with the website as a guest, you may need to create an account in order to begin receiving emails again.
