We Need Diverse Books is hiring! We have two positions open for a Program Coordinator and an Accountant.

The Program Coordinator will report to the Executive Director and work on programs and tasks including:

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Black Creatives Fund, the Native Fund, and other initiatives as needed.

  • Assist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs.

  • Assist with the development of program application, resources, and applicant support.

  • Monitor and respond to messages received in the program inboxes.

  • Assist with other WNDB duties, as assigned.

The Accountant (or accounting firm) will work with the Executive Director on various tasks, including overseeing monthly accounting and payroll, recording and reconciling financial data, ensuring compliance across government requirements, and more.
