It’s the grand return of the Artisan Show on November 19 and 20! The traditional event at the Stewart Hall Cultural Centre is one of the finest craft fairs in the West Island. This is an opportunity to meet local artisans and find unique and original, handmade and local Christmas gifts.
Saturday November 19: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday November 20: 12 to 5 p.m. |

Dogs on leashes
All owners must keep their dogs on a leash that is no more than 1.8 metre (6 ft.) long at all times when they are outside; a building, a sufficiently fenced area or a dog park. We also remind you not to forget to pick up and throw away any waste left by your canine friend, wherever it may be. |

Household waste collection
Household waste is collected on Tuesdays every other week, alternating between sector A and sector B.

Closure and obstructions due to work by the City of Montreal
Starting of :
- October 24: Douglas-Shand Avenue will be closed to eastbound traffic between Highgate and Grassmere Avenues
- October 26: Partial obstruction on Avenue Cartier and at Avenue Sainte-Claire
- November 1: Du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road will be closed between Cartier and Victoria Avenue

To commemorate those who have sacrificed their lives serving their country, the flags at City Hall will be flown at half-mast from sunrise to sunset. |

Modification of the multiservice counter schedule
Since September 15, the multiservice counter closes at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday evenings.
This change is intended to allow the reorganization of the schedule to respond to citizen requests during peak times, whether by telephone, online, by email or in person.

Lighting of the Christmas Tree
On November 19, citizens of all ages are invited to come out and participate in the festivities around the lighting of the Christmas tree in Pointe-Claire Village.
Join us between 1 and 5 p.m. at the corner of Cartier Avenue and Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road, for an afternoon of free activities with roaming animation in the village.
