Let's shake things up!
Hey peeps, we are changing a few bits at the Bistro and new things are coming your way.

After the past couple of years where we all had to deal with so many regulations and adhere to last minute changes, that it’s now finally time to turn the page and shake things up!

From next week Tuesday, our Set Lunch will be replaced by an all day Bistro Menu, featuring your long-time favourites, French classics and new dishes.

Come through, we’re waiting for you.

All about Jura wines & cheeses

Don't be fooled by its size, because good things come in small packages! Located in the eastern part of France, Jura is a tiny region sandwiched between Burgundy, in the west, and Switzerland, in the east. Its area stretches for 80 km of vineyards and it is home to many local grape varieties, with styles so different to shock the uninitiated. It is mainly known for the aged, yellow, savoury Vin Jaune and it produces wines that are unusual, distinctive, and completely different from wines made anywhere else in the World.

To kick start the last month of the year: Thursday 1st of December / 7-9pm

Mont d'Or & Raclette season
Cheese lovers rejoice! We are refilling our Cellar with fresh, artisanal cheeses from Alleosse, Master Cheese Affineur in Paris since 1976.

And since Hong Kong weather dropped a few degrees, it is already time for some winter cheese.

Raclette - semi-hard cow cheese, creamy, smooth, nutty.

Mont d'Or - semi-soft cow cheese, salty, creamy, strong.
