Technology can either be a boon or a bane! 

There is the risk that technology could subsume service delivery to such an extent that the concepts of empathy, aesthetics, and design fall by the wayside. At the same time, new technology opens up new possibilities that could not have been imagined before. 

As Service Designers how can we better understand the effectiveness of technology and how can we better improve the human experience? Speak up because your opinion matters!
