REENGAGE MARRIAGE MINISTRY INTEREST MEETING THIS SUNDAY AFTER WORSHIP

If you are interested in serving with the ReEngage Marriage Ministry, or if you're just curious about what the class will cover before registering to attend, there will be an informational meeting immediately following the Worship Service THIS SUNDAY at 11:15 a.m. in Room 104.
WHAT?
We are excited to share that the ReEngage Marriage Ministry will return to Trinity Baptist Church in January. The goal of the ministry is to help you grow in your relationship with your spouse, with other couples, and with God. God designed marriage to be a supportive, loving, life-giving relationship that mirrors His own unconditional love for us. Re|engage will help you better understand that design and learn how to apply it to your own marriage.
WHEN?
The class will run from 6:00-7:30 p.m. on Sundays beginning January 15 and running through May 21st. Childcare will be provided.
INFORMATIONAL MEETING
There will be an informational meeting following the church service on Sunday, November 13th in Room 104. The meeting is for anyone interested in serving in the ministry (as a facilitator or on the hospitality team), and for anyone interested in just learning more about how the ministry can enhance your marriage. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR GAITHER CONCERT NEXT THURSDAY

The Gaither Concert will be held this coming Thursday, Nov. 17th. We are still in need of several volunteers to serve in various roles (ushers, ticket takers, merchandise table, load-in crew, load-out crew, and security team). Please TXT or call Tammy Waters at 903-293-2617 if you would like to serve as a volunteer.
There will be a meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16th for all Ushers and Security Team members to attend. Please plan to attend if you're available. Les Munn will go over plans for medical emergencies, security, parking, and more.

THANKSGIVING SERVICE INFORMATION
|
|
|
Trinity Baptist Church will hold a Thanksgiving Lunch and Worship Service on Sunday, November 20th in the Church Gym starting at 10:00 a.m. Connect Groups will NOT meet on Sunday, November 20th.
10:00 a.m. Worship Service
- Held in the Gym
- Kids Worship will not meet. Thanksgiving Praise Packets will be on the table for kids in grades Kindergarten - 5th grade.
- The nursery and preschool will be open for Worship Service. Parents should pick up their children immediately following the Worship Service and bring them back to the lunch.
11:00 a.m. Lunch
The church will provide the meat, dressing, and drinks. Please bring the following to complete our meal:
- Salads: Last Names A-G
- Desserts: Last Names H-Q
- Casseroles/ Vegetables: Last Names R-Z
- Note: You are also welcome to bring a dish from any category you choose.

2 Corinthians 9:11 (NIV) reads, "You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God."
During our Thanksgiving Worship Service on Sunday, Nov. 20th, we will have a Thanksgiving Offering. The offering will be used for three major initiatives: to pay past debts, to fund present projects, and to provide for future advancement at Trinity Baptist Church.

Our November "Mission of the Month" is For the Sake of One. There are several ways you can help this month. Ideas include:
● Pray for the ministry to have their needs met and to be able to share God’s love with the families served.
● Donate supplies to the Blessing Boutique. Ideas include diapers, wipes, formula, car seats, pack-n-plays, cribs, and similar items needed to care for a child.
● Donate school supplies or Christmas presents to be given to foster kids throughout Miller, Little River, Bowie, & Cass, Counties.
● Pray about becoming a foster or adoptive family.
● Have your Connect Group or Grow Class host a support group for foster and adoptive parents.
● Volunteer to organize the Blessing Boutique or watch children at Parents’ Night Out events.
● Donate money to the ministry. A $150 donation purchases a car seat. A $100 donation purchases a crib or pack-n-play. A smaller donation can go to support ongoing needs of the ministry.

NEW GROW CLASS PLANNED FOR ADVENT
|
|
|
Executive Pastor Marcus Bellamy will be leading a Grow Class for Advent entitled A Weary World Rejoices. The class will be held November 30th, December 7th, and December 14th from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the Chapel.
What to Expect from this Class:
- Explore how God has given us peace, joy, hope, and love
- Gain a deeper understanding of Advent
- Learn how to extend joy, hope, peace, and love in unique and practical ways during the Christmas season
