Oxted BID marketing and management update

Oxted BID AGM 2022

 Please join us at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Oxted BID 

WEDNESDAY 16^th November at 5.30pm 

Red Cross Hall (opposite the entrance to the Tandridge Leisure Centre) 
 

We’ll talk you through some of the operational changes to the BID, projects delivered and those we are working on, under the banners of:

• Sustainability – helping you to meet net zero targets and become carbon neutral
• Marketing & Events - a fresh approach
• Business Categories - how you can champion projects that matter to your business
• An Attractive Town & Wayfinding - from signage to pavement trees and the railway underpass

You’ll also have the opportunity to raise concerns and find out more about issues that are important to you, such as:

• Crime and antisocial behaviour in Oxted and plans for CCTV 
• Roads, pavements and highways signage 

Refreshments will be provided and we welcome everyone in the BID area, so please do feel free to invite your colleagues along.

There will be lots of fun for everyone.

There will be street food stalls by the restaurants, cafes, bars and takeaways, Christmas Market on Station Road West, helter skelter, snow globe photo booth for all your Christmas messages to friends and family, horse & carriage rides, street entertainers and performers, Tundra the Polar Bear,  living snow globe, live music from Idol Hands and Anna and Elsa from Frozen, Santa and his elves and carol singers.
