Planned Parenthood’s Dirty Little Secret about Abortion
How abortion became about women’s health instead of a child’s life
Presque Isle, Maine – Abortion rights were on the ballot in California, Michigan, Vermont, Kentucky, and Montana. In California, Michigan and Vermont, voters decided to enshrine abortion rights in their respective state constitutions.

Kentucky voters rejected a measure that would have excluded abortion rights from the state’s constitution. “The people of Kentucky have spoken, and their answer is no–no to extremist politicians banning abortion and making private medical decisions on their behalf,” said Amber Duke, interim executive director for the ACLU of Kentucky.

Angel Murchison says the left has no idea the seeds of destruction it has sown. “This is not about limiting women’s health care; it’s about protecting an innocent child.” “If anything is ‘extremist’ it is taking a living human child out of the womb to destroy it.” In some states, women will be able to terminate their pregnancy up to the point of birth.

Murchison is the author of Secret Shame. She details her own abortion at the age of 15, explaining that the long-term emotional wounds are far greater than Planned Parenthood will admit or wants to talk about. “I was embedded in deeper shame. I physically hurt . . . I did not fully understand what had taken place. I felt great emptiness inside me, another void,” says Murchison.

The self-deception that says a baby living inside is somehow not a living being is a form of mental delusion for the sake of expedience. She explains, “I bought into the lie that the baby in my womb was just tissue. I buried the pain from the abortion.”

When Roe versus Wade was first passed, it was about the viability of the child in the womb. Today, says Murchison, that no longer matters. Even an ultrasound showing the baby’s heartbeat is insufficient evidence to stop draconian measures to destroy the unborn. She is a proponent of educating women about the impact of post abortion stress, a form of PTSD. She says, “Women deserve to know the truth before they get an abortion and they need to know that there is healing through Christ if they have made that choice.”
